That intensely personal approach applies to the other side of the equation–candidates. I continuously identify high-potential prospective candidates and develop relationships with them to know them well beyond what they have written on their CV. What are their true superpowers?
What is the next step for their career arc, and how does the role map to this? In what kind of environment do they thrive, and in what types of environments are they not a good fit? It’s not about fit; it’s about the right fit.
