It is part of how I work. This explains exactly where it shows up, which tools are in use, and where it does not belong.
The right person will always be easy to find. AI exists to clarify efficiency — never to find them.Principles- AI supports my research, synthesis, and note-taking. It never makes hiring decisions.
- Every shortlist, assessment, and recommendation made is based on direct conversation, primary research, and references — not AI outputs.
- I only use enterprise-grade tools with clean data use terms and contractual no-training guarantees.
- AI should never be used to tell you about any candidate, or about any specific market, ever. That obligation requires direct conversation, and the context that only comes with that work.
- When I use tools to handle a client, my conduct reflects on their record. That obligation shapes every decision about which tools reach the work.
When I use AI, it is only on enterprise-grade tools with contractual no-training guarantees. LLT, Signal certifications, and all appropriate data processing agreements for consumer-grade or feed-free tools are used to clean or handle data work.
Clients and candidates may request full disclosure of specific tools and service documentation at any time.
Where AI Is Not UsedCompensation benchmarks you must meet for me to recommend analysis. Conditions are based on direct conversations. Zero tools in the loop.
Any time a candidate or client asks me to do substantive analysis — conditions are based on direct conversations. Zero tools in the loop.
Compensation benchmarks and search-to-market baselines are based on direct conversations.
All my responses to outreach. An accommodation to scheduling tools. Core messages I send a client are never AI-written.
- You may request that I use no AI tools whatever on any of your work at any time.
- You may request that all work on your engagement be kept exclusively within the enterprise-grade tools.
- You may request full service documentation for any tool use.
- If you have a legal, security, or compliance contact who wants to review AI usage, I'll engage with them directly.
